Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 5+ years managing system or software development teams.
• 7+ years hands-on systems engineering and operations experience.
• Experience leading infra for an Internet service or IT org.
• Experience in managing system or software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system development engineers.
• Define infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own delivery and health of enterprise platforms like ServiceNow.
• Drive factory and lab infrastructure strategy and operations.
• Champion automation, IaC, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
