Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional game design experience with progression, rewards, economies or related systems.
• Experience on live-service, multiplayer, or free-to-play titles.
• Strong implementation skills including text scripting and prototyping with in-house tools.

• Design progression, rewards, mastery, collections and engagement systems for Apex Legends with clear goals, rules and progression curves.
• Prototype, implement, tune and iterate systems using telemetry and live-service learnings.
• Contribute to estimation, scoping and feasibility assessments of designs.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering and Technical Design to ensure systems are understandable and scalable.
• Communicate design intent, tradeoffs and recommendations to partners and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing Apex systems based on player needs and data.
• Contribute to strong systems-design practices across the team.
