Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional game design experience on shipped progression, rewards, economies, engagement loops, or other complex systems.
• Experience working on live-service, multiplayer, or free-to-play games.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design progression, rewards, mastery, collections, and engagement systems for Apex Legends with clear goals and rules.
• Prototype, implement, tune, and iterate systems using telemetry and live-service learnings.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Product, and Analytics to ensure scalable, understandable systems.
• Communicate design intent, tradeoffs, and recommendations to leadership.
