Qualifications

• 6+ years in business or systems analysis for SaaS.
• Shipping complex web/mobile software through SDLC.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Strong BPMN/UML fundamentals with sequence/state/data-flow diagrams.
• Experience with REST, JSON, OpenAPI, SQL, microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to clarify needs.
• Map workflows with BPMN/UML diagrams to add clarity.
• Translate discovery into requirements, user stories, and criteria.
• Define REST API behavior, OpenAPI contracts, data mappings.
• Collaborate daily with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence as decision records.
