Job summary

Data Society is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support a high-visibility Construction sector project. You will gather and document client requirements, translate business needs into clear specifications, and align solutions with contractual expectations.

This remote role requires strong stakeholder management and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. The position is a full-time W2 engagement through May 2027, with potential conversion based on performance and client needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role in boutique consulting or product environments with strong client interaction.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate complex client needs into structured technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate client requirements for the project; translate business needs into clear specifications and analysis products.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders; maintain proactive communication on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify risks and issues early; escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution with the program manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliverables against client specifications and expected quality.
