Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks a Senior-level Systems Architect to guide design and development of complex applications for DoD/IC programs, aligning solutions with Enterprise Architecture and strategic goals. You will mentor mid-level and junior architects, analyze requirements to propose architectural changes, and ensure traceability to enterprise requirements across programs.

A Bachelor's or higher in a STEM field is required, with 12+ years in government/industry DoDAF/PAG contexts; NGA/NSG/ASG and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering, or related STEM field; or 4 years additional experience with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
12+ years of experience in Enterprise/ Solution/ Data Architecture within DoD/IC contexts (DoDAF/PAG).
Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.
Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.

Responsibilities

Guides Mid-Level and Junior-Level systems architects in design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures ensuring traceability to Enterprise architecture and requirements.
Guides analysis of user requirements to automate or improve existing systems and review capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
Guides development of proposed changes to the solutions architecture design based on requirements and new technology.
