Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Senior-level Systems Architect to guide the design and development of complex applications, API design, data services, platform and cloud services to meet user requirements and align with strategic goals and Enterprise Architecture.

You will mentor mid-level and junior architects, guide analysis of requirements to improve or automate systems, and develop proposed changes to architecture based on new technology and DoD/IC program experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, or IC PAG.
• Previous NGA/NSG/ASG program/project work experience and IC/DoD background.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures aligned to Enterprise Architecture and requirements.
• Analyze user requirements and improve existing systems through automation and new technology.
• Mentor mid-level and junior architects in architecture changes based on requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Engineering Management / MIS or related STEM degree

Equivalent experience: 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree
