Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience with systems engineering responsibilities.
• 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead role preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management and verification planning for complex systems.
• Establish bidirectional traceability between requirements, design, and verification.
• Define system interfaces via ICDs for mechanical, electrical, optical, RF, and data.
• Develop system architectures, trade studies, and verification matrices.
• Mentor engineers and drive process improvement.
