CACI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer and Strategist to align portfolio initiatives with enterprise strategy, design system architectures, and define capabilities and performance requirements to ensure strong ROI. The role spans hardware, RF/SIGINT and cross-functional collaboration to deliver mission-focused outcomes.

The position requires TS/SCI with polygraph and up to 10% travel, with responsibilities across governance, compliance, and program leadership in a DoD/IC context.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with hardware and software tools.

• Experience with radio frequency (RF) and signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems.
• Understanding of the TCPED cycle to support technology roadmaps and system design.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Experience working within the DoD and the Intelligence Community.
• Financial acumen including return-on-investment analysis.

• Expertise in governance and compliance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
