Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer-TS/SCI with Poly to drive design, development, and integration of complex hardware/software systems. You will own requirements, guide architecture choices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet DoDAF/SOA standards.

The role emphasizes risk management, system integrity, and clear communication with executive leadership. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required, with up to 10% local travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 14 years hands-on software development on similar scope programs; 5 years extra system engineering can substitute for a degree.
• Strong foundational knowledge of system architectures and frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop and contribute to technical documentation.
• Experience with risk management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure DoDAF/SOA compatibility.
• Contribute to System Engineering Plans and Requirements Specifications.
• Provide technical direction for development, integration, and testing of hardware/software systems.
• Coordinate cross-discipline activities and participate in review boards and IPTs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to executive leadership.
