Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with extensive relevant experience; advanced degree a plus.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
- Experience leading complex mission-system engineering programs.
Responsibilities
- Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical system solutions.
- Define system requirements and develop CONOPS and use cases.
- Architect system designs across full lifecycle.
- Develop MBSE definitions, evaluation, and validation plans.
- Communicate design activity plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Mission Planners and Operational Users.
