Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance (or recently active) required.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience acceptable.
• Experience with MBSE tools and system architecture is preferred.
• Familiarity with defense development lifecycles and INCOSE standards is valued.

Responsibilities

• Architect mission concepts, system solutions, CONOPS across lifecycle.
• Define, decompose, allocate, and manage system-level requirements with traceability.
• Provide consultative technical direction across engineering teams.
• Lead system design, integration, and end-to-end verification and validation.
• Perform system-level trade studies and allocate performance requirements.
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams and interface drawings.
• Analyze system performance and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support design reviews, readiness reviews, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with product owners to capture evolving mission requirements.
• Influence technical direction and cross-team alignment through leadership.
