You will support classified Windows desktop systems, essential applications, and collaborate with program engineering to deliver IT solutions that meet security and schedule needs. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with experience), and hands-on Windows/Linux, PowerShell, and virtualization experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux, networking, PowerShell, and security best practices.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support for classified Windows systems locally and across the WAN.
• Perform routine updates, patching, and hardening to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with program engineering to deliver IT solutions aligned with needs and schedules.
• Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders.
