Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer, Sr. Specialist to support a customer-facing role in a secure SCIF environment. The position requires managing requirements and documenting system artifacts throughout the program life cycle, collaborating with software engineers in an Agile setting.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required. A Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience is expected, with graduate degrees offering additional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum 6 years of related experience; graduate degree with 4 years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a full-time on-site work schedule in a SCIF environment.
• Serve in a customer-facing role, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Elicit, define, and document use cases and requirements from customers and end users.
• Generate and manage system and subsystem requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with software engineers in an Agile environment and support program artifacts.
