Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Scientist, Systems Engineer with TS/SCI with Poly to lead technical direction for end-to-end system solutions in complex mission environments. You will craft CONOPS, define requirements, and guide architecture across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with customers, product owners, and engineering teams, communicating plans and status. A strong background in systems engineering and architecture, plus security clearances, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with substantial related experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical execution across full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Guide multidisciplinary teams delivering mission-critical system solutions.
• Architect mission concepts and define system requirements; develop CONOPS and use cases.
• Coordinate with customers, product owners and engineering teams for evolving mission needs.
• Develop and communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
