Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Systems Architecture & Definition Engineer to lead architecture for the Sapphire program. You will work across subsystems, define performance requirements, and ensure traceability from concepts to verification.

Hybrid role with travel up to 20% and the ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Security Clearance. Strong collaboration with IPTs and leadership-level reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in engineering, math, or CS-related field.
• Experience with architecture and system engineering across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture effort for Sapphire across subsystems.
• Coordinate with IPTs to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to verification.
