Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Active Top Secret and SCI eligible.
• 10+ years in the software development lifecycle.
• 10+ years with Java, C++, Angular/React.js, HTML, CSS.
• 5+ years leading projects and/or teams in software development.
• 5+ years developing software products in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, testing, analysis, and maintenance of software systems (non-embedded) to meet standards.
• Translate system requirements into software requirements, models, architectures and designs with traceability.
• Identify risks, evaluate technologies, and drive adoption of current and emerging tools and practices.
• Direct integration, enhancement, optimization, debugging, and verification for high-performance software.
• Monitor software processes, tools, and KPIs to align with goals and standards.
• Manage development documentation and user support processes.
• Support software project management, planning and contract alignment.
