Job summary

Oteemo is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead requirements analysis and systems architecture for high‑impact, security‑driven deployments. Interim Active Secret/TS clearance required; you will shape DoDAF-based architectures and guide design integration across teams.

You will produce system engineering documentation, coordinate with government stakeholders, and drive cross‑discipline collaboration to ensure production readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience developing system requirements from user needs using DoDAF/SOA concepts.
• Experience producing System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, and Interface Control Documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high-level architectures to derive system requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical documentation and system design artifacts.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
• Guide cross-discipline teams and manage action items from reviews.
