Oteemo is a technology consulting firm delivering AI-driven, cloud-native, enterprise DevSecOps transformation. The Senior Systems Engineer will analyze requirements, guide design, and own system architecture across DoDAF/SOA.

You will produce critical documentation and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure technical integrity of deliverables. This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication, with opportunities to advance within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing system requirements specifications from user requirements, CONOPS, and architectures.
• Experience with DoDAF and SOA architectures and approaches.
• Experience producing System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, Interface Control Documents, and test plans.
• Experience allocating system and functional requirements across hardware, software, facility, and personnel.
• Experience coordinating action items across CCBs, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills interfacing with Government stakeholders, program personnel, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specs.
• Lead design and development activities; guide users in formulating requirements and assess alternative approaches.
• Develop technical documentation and system designs; contribute to engineering plans and test plans.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables.
• Coordinate action items from reviews and ensure cross-discipline alignment.
