Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in an engineering discipline related to systems/product development.
• 8+ years in product development, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
• Experience in a regulated industry environment relevant to medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, strategy, and integration for complex medical devices.
• Translate needs into system-level requirements across software/hardware teams.
• Lead requirements development, traceability, and verification planning.
• Drive architecture reviews, risk assessments, and tradeoff analyses.
• Oversee cross-functional product development from concept to verification.
• Ensure design controls compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
