Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Manager, Robotics Platform Development to lead a growing engineering organization focused on complex robotic medical technology. You will manage a multidisciplinary team spanning electrical, systems, product safety, and contractor staff.

You will drive staffing, execution, and program planning, partner with senior technical leaders on architecture and strategy, and ensure adherence to design controls and quality requirements across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or an applicable technical field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting complex robotic platform development.
• Drive execution across hardware and systems development with staffing, schedules, and budgets.
