Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading system architecture, technical design, and large-scale system integration efforts.
• Ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
• Strong technical communication skills, including architecture documentation and customer-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and integration efforts across mission systems.
• Collaborate with government customers, analysts, and partner organizations to translate requirements into capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and technical roadmaps.
• Guide technical implementation and support system integration throughout development lifecycle.
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI/ML technologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
