Job summary

Peraton is seeking a highly experienced Systems Architect to serve as the lead for cross-project integration and CONOPS development in our ATP program. This onsite role in St.

Louis requires strong written and verbal communications, the ability to coordinate with CIO-T engineers, and to present data-driven recommendations to senior government customers. You will guide systems architectures, assess new technologies for mission services, and assist product managers in backlog prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physical Sciences or related technical field.
• 18+ years of systems engineering, integration, or development experience.
• Experience with DoD/IC Acquisition Process and SAFe Agile product ownership.
• Experience writing CONOPS or similar documentation for a non-technical audience.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and updates for user CONOPS and ICBD documentation.
• Coordinate with CIO-T engineers on plans and assessments for capability insertions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Engage with mission customers to shape future capabilities and priorities.
• Develop system architectures to evolve mission services and perform AoAs.
