Job summary

Envista is seeking a Sr. Manager, Salesforce Architect to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce platforms. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, manage developers and admins, and oversee data architecture and stakeholder engagement.

The role focuses on Sales Cloud and related CRM technologies to support Envista’s growth, with responsibility for platform governance, security, and continuous improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT/CRM experience focusing on Salesforce architecture and platform management.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and teams, with hands-on Salesforce administration or development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration methods (APIs, Mulesoft).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across on-site/off-shore resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment management, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins and developers, including external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and other departments to prioritize CRM projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and oversee design, configuration, and customization.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage delivery and ensure on-time completion.
• Governance of access, roles, data security, release management, and quality assurance.
• Drive user adoption and provide training, knowledge resources, and support processes.
