Job summary

Sandstone Care is seeking a CRM Systems Manager to lead the configuration and enhancement of our CRM platforms. This role is essential for driving client engagement and supporting our Growth organization by effectively utilizing Salesforce and other CRM tools.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, hold the necessary certifications, and demonstrate leadership in tech integration. A collaborative work environment is provided, along with benefits that support employees' professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with progression into lead roles.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator ADM 201 required, ADM 211 preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and improve CRM platforms for the Growth organization.
• Collaborate with department leaders to translate business goals into solutions.
• Act as the primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions tech stack.
