Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing business and system analysis for data analytics/BI solutions.
- Experience analyzing large data sets and translating requirements into structured system requirements and user stories.
- Proven experience with Jira, Power BI, and Tableau for analytics and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrates interviews with business users to gather requirements and analyzes technology needs.
- Develops recommendations addressing complex business needs and opportunities.
- Defines full lifecycle plans for complex systems analysis projects and scopes accordingly.
- Contributes to test strategies and coordinates user acceptance testing.
- Mentors junior analysts and developers in systems analysis techniques.
