Experience partnering with CSAs and CSMs to deliver customized client reporting.
Experience supporting workflow modernization initiatives like WIDE to EDL migrations.

Responsibilities

Deliver customized reporting and analytical solutions for DC clients.
Build and maintain partnerships across business teams and support ad hoc reporting requests.
Serve as a data consultant to identify trends and insights for business leaders and clients.
Support remediation of incidents affecting Workplace Investing clients.
