Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Client Reporting team to deliver customized reporting and analytics for large Defined Contribution clients. You will partner with business units to transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling storytelling for leaders and clients.

You will support incident remediation analyses and help migrate reporting workflows from WIDE to EDL, driving modernization and operational efficiency across Workplace Investing.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex questions and large datasets into insights.
• Strong knowledge of Defined Contribution (DC) products, services, and processes.
• Experience using Alteryx, SQL, and Snowflake to analyze data and develop insights for decisions.
• Ability to synthesize data into executive-level narratives and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized reporting and analytical solutions for large DC clients.
• Partner with CSAs and CSMs to develop and deliver client reporting solutions.
• Support migration of reporting workflows (WIDE to EDL) and modernization efforts.
• Identify trends, provide actionable insights, and communicate narratives to business leaders.
