Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Client Reporting team to deliver customized reporting and analytics for the nation's largest DC clients. You will collaborate with multiple business units, act as a data consultant, and translate complex data into clear narratives for leaders and clients.

You will support remediation analytics, drive reporting workflow modernization (WIDE to EDL), and contribute to operational efficiency across the DC CSO.

Qualifications

• Ability to break down complex business questions and large data sets into actionable insights.
• Experience translating data into executive-level narratives and presentations.
• Collaborates with CSAs/CSMs to deliver customized client reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships across business teams to support client reporting requests.
• Serve as a data consultant to identify trends and insights to guide decisions.
• Support remediation analytics for incidents affecting Workplace Investing clients.
• Assist migration of reporting workflows from WIDE to EDL and drive modernization.
