Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to research, optimize processes, and modernize legacy systems toward cloud-based solutions. You will analyze data across Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Postgres, and craft well-defined requirements and documentation for cross-functional teams.

The role involves Agile collaboration, data modeling, and integration with Salesforce CRM, REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft. Strong SQL, ETL, and cloud migration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst in financial services/banking.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the same domain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and clarify business and system requirements with partners.
• Document objectives, requirements, and specifications with traceability.
• Recommend designs for new or existing systems and migrate to cloud platforms.
• Participate in QA reviews to ensure requirements are met.
