Job summary

MFS is seeking a Business Systems Sr. Analyst to support Distribution systems, including SS&C SalesConnect, ICM, and Salesforce. You will optimize data pipelines, ensure reconciliation and data integrity, and collaborate across globally distributed teams to meet SLAs.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial services, strong SQL, and experience with ETL and data governance. This is a hybrid role with Boston as a focal hub and collaboration across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Services, ideally supporting distribution/sales operations.
• Solid understanding of data movement, ETL concepts, and reconciliation practices.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and data flows to support Distribution business in a fast-paced, follow-the-sun model.
• Provide Level 1–2 application and production support for SalesConnect, ICM, and Salesforce.
• Create, document, and enforce runbooks and best practices across platforms.
• Translate business needs into functional specs for engineering and vendors.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations and disaster recovery exercises.
