Job summary

You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, own release coordination, and promote Fidelity's agile culture while collaborating with partners to address critical needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst delivering software solutions
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools
• Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements for complex software systems
• Experience with SQL and API consumer tools such as Insomnia
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology subject area
• Ability to mentor junior analysts across geographies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence without formal authority
• Ability to translate business processes into well-defined user stories
