Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Systems Analyst delivering software solutions.
• Experience researching, analyzing, documenting, and optimizing software systems and business processes.
• Experience creating user stories, functional requirements, and system specifications.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis using logging and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, relational databases, and SQL management tools.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand application components, system interactions, and business processes.
• Create and maintain customer journey maps, data flows, and system input/output documentation.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Research, analyze, and document moderate to complex software systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams to support the delivery of new features and system enhancements.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues using SQL and logging tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to solution optimization efforts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide recommendations based on business and technical analysis.
