Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting technical or functional requirements (min 3 years).
• Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Agile delivery and SDLC processes.
• Ability to influence solution design and work independently on moderately complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support technical contracting by coordinating inputs from vendors, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and management reports; prepare accurate program updates.
• Lead smaller technical projects or workstreams using Agile and SDLC methods.
• Translate complex business and regulatory needs into detailed functional requirements and business rules.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and maintain traceability and status throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, developers, and architects to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Prepare presentations and visual aids for management, directors, and executives.
• Support stakeholder communications and meeting coordination.
