Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. in Allentown is seeking a Systems Analyst III to bridge business needs and technology delivery. You will gather requirements, define specifications, and support system changes across Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure performance, security, and reliability while coordinating quarterly releases and working with multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in solution delivery or software implementation environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Assist Product Teams in prioritizing user requirements and managing system enhancement initiatives.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to support business objectives.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies aligned with industry trends.
• Coordinate and support application lifecycle activities, including quarterly releases, defect resolution, and change management processes.
• Work with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and system roadblocks.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of technical solutions across multiple platforms and systems.
• Partner with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to support application architecture, integrations, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful solution delivery.
• Reconcile competing requirements across multiple business units, product portfolios, and technical teams.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, and system process flows.
• Document integrations between new and legacy systems.
• Communicate project status, technical requirements, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide clear explanations of technical concepts to business users and other stakeholders.
