Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services seeks a Systems Analyst IV in Austin to plan, design, and implement information system features for the CCR support group. Responsibilities include analysis, design, programming, testing, and documentation, along with coordinating with stakeholders and enforcing HHSC standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in computer science, business administration, management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar function, with at least two years in an Agile SDLC environment.
• Experience in an IT project life cycle, working with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project plans and analysis of business processes.
• Design, develop, test, and document system features; support training for users.
• Coordinate projects with users and internal/external IT groups.
• Provide status updates and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Travel to other work locations may be required.
