Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ experience performing systems analysis and Oracle database development, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced systems analysis and Oracle database development for enterprise applications.
• Support T‑MSIS file processing, TIERS data analysis, and CMS data quality reconciliation.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize production databases; ensure data security and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and transfer knowledge to staff and stakeholders.
• Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
