Job summary

CGS Government Services is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team supporting a major federal agency. You will design and implement system solutions, oversee a team, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across complex tasks.

You will engage with COR, trial attorneys, and government case managers to define requirements, document workflows, and provide training materials while upholding policy compliance and project governance.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Must create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Usually at least five years of relevant experience.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments, incl. office automation networks and PC/server databases.
• Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and translate attorneys' needs into a complete system solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow to identify, archive, and delete materials per destruction/deletion policy, in line with division, department, and NARA policy.
• Report to IT Manager / Systems Manager / Lead Project Manager.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements and approach.
• Determine system and project requirements from consultations; design the full system accordingly.
• On smaller projects, perform full technical support range including validation and testing.
• Perform system evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in reports and oral presentations.
• Consult with COR on task orders, scheduling, priorities, and cost estimates.
• Direct and supervise personnel on task orders; ensure conformance to standards and functional requirements.
• Ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables; prepare system/technical documentation.
• Work under the configuration management plan; conduct user training sessions and prepare materials.
