Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT department in Rockville, MD, supporting a broad federal initiative. Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs.
• Create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Five+ years hands-on experience with the systems.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments, networks, and databases.
• Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and translate attorneys' needs into a system solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow process to identify, archive, and delete materials per policy and policy.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs.
• Determine system and project requirements based on consultations.
• Design the complete system to meet requirements.
• On smaller projects, perform the full range of technical support including testing.
• Perform systems evaluations and cost estimates for task orders.
• Direct and supervise personnel to meet standards and functional requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality control; prepare system/technical documentation.
• Organize user training sessions and prepare training materials.
