Job summary

My3Tech is seeking a Systems Analyst 3 for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. This long-term remote position requires deep experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, especially Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, and strong requirements gathering.

You will work with a large remote team, perform fit-gap analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to map data to legacy and third-party interfaces. Some hybrid work may occur in the future with documentation, testing, and training support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Experience in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with SMEs.
• Experience in end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• (at least 2) Experience with MS Teams in a large team setting.
• Experience with a public sector organization.
• Experience with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials system.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with Scrum framework.
• Experience with STAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with SMEs.
• Automate processing or improve computer systems; summarize input/output specs.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end testing with third-party interfaces.
• Gather requirements and map data to legacy systems and interfaces.
• Provide documentation, testing support, and training assistance as needed.
