Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a senior systems analyst for the LAC Tech Ops team. The role focuses on governance, issue resolution with licensees/suppliers, and continuous improvement across the Latin America and Caribbean store technology ecosystem.

You will own process governance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure SLA adherence while supporting NSO readiness and incident management. Strong collaboration and ITIL knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken (required).
• Strong experience in POS systems, configuration of products and pricing in retail environments.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SDLC and IT operations.
• Knowledge of configuration management and key integration points of applications.
• SOA understanding; ITIL experience preferred.
• Collaborative with multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own setting Tech Ops processes with system-wide visibility and governance.
• Coordinate issue resolution with suppliers and cross-functional teams and communicate status.
• Contribute to governance for processes and data, handle exceptions.
• Hold licensees and suppliers to SLAs and processes; provide escalation support.
• Support Change Advisory Board reviews and approvals.
• Oversee NSO readiness and escalate as needed.
• Perform RCA and drive continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
• Align business priorities and risk decisions; provide stakeholder communications.
