Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• 10+ years of analytic experience supporting IC customers
• Targeting analysis experience for HUMINT
• Proficiency with IC tools and databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Responsibilities

• Identify targeting leads for HUMINT using numerous tools and databases
• Draft detailed targeting assessments and reports; review analytic products
• Perform technical analysis aligned with requirements and mission priorities
• Assess development and operational activities and suggest alternatives
• Participate in meetings and prepare independent analysis papers and briefings
• Evaluate specifications and test plans as needed
