VTG is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA to provide comprehensive SE&I support for complex IC programs. You will lead requirements management, architecture development, configuration management, and technical coordination across multiple stakeholder organizations.

The role requires 15+ years of systems engineering experience, 5+ years in Intelligence Community environments, and an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.

• Systems Engineering Professional Certification (INCOSE, ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)
• DoD acquisition or operations experience
• Experience with supply chain management or facility infrastructure programs
• NRO or IC operational systems experience
• Masters Degree in technical discipline Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $150,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
