Qualifications

TS/SCI with Polysecurity clearance is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years as a Technical Targeter, with levels shown (Full Performance 5+, Senior 8+, Expert 11+).
Demonstrated experience supporting IC cyber activities.
Demonstrated experience in targeting work.
Demonstrated experience using Targeting Tools/databases for project leads.
Demonstrated experience applying internet research.
Demonstrated experience converting data into actionable project leads.

Responsibilities

Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads.
Correlate leads with customer tools and coordinate with partner organizations.
Work with mission centers, field stations and partners to develop and enable CNE projects.
Gain knowledge of the CNE project approval process and contribute to related documents.
Leverage targeting resources to support CNE access and exploitation of networks and devices.
