Job summary

Private Label Staff is seeking a Systems Analyst to support software development initiatives by analyzing business processes and designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. The role requires translating business requirements into effective software solutions while ensuring quality and standards across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in software development, including lead developer or development management responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience working with development technologies and relational databases, including Azure SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing and maintaining applications that support complex business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development for applications supporting complex financial processes.
• Analyze existing functions to identify efficiency improvements.
• Assist with process redesign and business transformation initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Provide technical guidance across the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure code quality and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Promote development best practices and documentation.
