Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst- Finance Evolution at the Regional Office in Palma, Spain. The role focuses on transforming finance processes, building dashboards, and driving cost reductions to enhance hotel profitability.

You will collaborate with IT and finance teams worldwide, deliver UAT and production readiness, and promote an Evolution mindset to improve efficiency and insights across Hyatt properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with process reimaging and automation.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Hands-on skills with Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and Alteryx tools (Predictive/Parsing/Transforms) a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and other RPA solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs to technical requirements and design, develop, deploy and support transformative solutions such as dashboards and automation.
• Perform data manipulation using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL queries, and related procedures.
• Estimate project efforts and resources and provide status updates.
