Job summary

Hyatt Shared Service Centers (North America) seeks a Senior Analyst- Finance Evolution to drive process automation and data-driven insights. The role requires transforming business needs into scalable solutions, leveraging Alteryx, Tableau, and RPA, while collaborating with Financial Systems, Data & Analytics, and IT teams to streamline finance processes.

You will help reduce manual work, enable higher-value analysis, and support cost reduction initiatives across Hyatt hotels.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in process reimaging and automation.
Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
Hands-on skills with data tools including Alteryx and Tableau.
Experience with Tableau and other RPA solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into technical requirements and design transformative solutions.
Manipulate data using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL or similar tools.
Estimate project effort and resource needs; provide status updates.
Schedule design sessions with key stakeholders and obtain sign-off.
Collaborate with IT departments to ensure best-in-class solutions.
Move workflows through UAT to production and monitor health.
