Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in systems analysis or IT/business support.
• Strong understanding of business areas and analysis methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
• Ability to lead system analysis projects with minimal guidance.
• Leads testing processes and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis for complex business issues and define system requirements.
• Create workflow diagrams and write technical documentation.
• Design automated controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead end-user sessions to validate requirements and specifications.
• Plan major initiatives and manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead user acceptance testing and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Standardize procedures and documentation.
• Lead training programs and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
