Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent combo of education, training or experience.
5+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT/business support.
Advanced understanding of systems analysis and project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis for complex business issues and define system requirements to support organizational goals.
Lead workflow diagrams creation and technical documentation.
Design and recommend automated system controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead sessions with end users to validate models, requirements and specs.
Lead project planning of major initiatives and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Lead user acceptance testing and stakeholder sign-off of frameworks.
Standardize system protocols by updating procedures and documentation.
Lead training programs and review content and materials.
