Knowledge Builders Inc seeks a skilled Systems Analyst to analyze, design, and implement enterprise information systems. You will gather business requirements, model architectures with UML/DFD/ERD, and translate them into precise technical specs for .NET/C# developers and DBAs.

You will lead data migration planning, API integrations, and document management interfaces with IBM FileNet, ensuring data integrity across SQL Server and Oracle environments.

Qualifications

• 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including development of presentations and other materials promoting reengineering of core business processes.
• 84 months as Lead Systems Analyst or Systems Architect directing end-to-end technical analysis and system design, using UML/DFDs/ERDs.
• 84 months experience gathering and documenting business requirements for new applications, including data modeling to enterprise schemas (SQL Server, Oracle).
• 60 months reverse-engineering legacy MS Access databases to identify data issues and write complex SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting.
• 60 months acting as a technical liaison translating business requirements into technical design artifacts (ERDs/DFDs/ETL specs).
• 36 months experience developing multi-tier .NET Framework/.NET Core apps using C# (ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms) and integrating systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder communication for key initiatives.
• Create technical specifications, architecture maps, and models (UML, DFDs, ERDs).
• Reverse engineer legacy MS Access databases; design normalized schemas for SQL Server/Oracle.
• Translate business rules into precise technical requirements for .NET developers and DBAs.
• Design and support system integrations with Document Management Systems (IBM FileNet) and external databases.
• Plan data migrations and define ETL specifications to move legacy data to target systems.
• Write and validate complex SQL, perform SIT, and troubleshoot backend issues.
